Experiment and analysis of mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite laminates under impact compression

چکیده

Abstract Composite materials are more and widely used in aircraft structural design, impact damage is the most serious defect/damage form of aviation composite structures service. Therefore, it great significance to study resistance composites with different forms for design. In this article, reinforced fiber/resin laminates unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg (UIN23100), woven fabric (W-3021FF), fiber-aramid blended (W-38211) under same energy were studied. The area was scanned analyzed by ultrasonic C-scan, three obtained. Finally, compression bearing capacity after tested, failure mode each material has been analyzed. results show that stronger than fabric; laminate higher prepreg; post W-38211 W-3021FF.
